Two arrests were made in Wheelersburg on Friday evening by members of the Scioto County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit.

While executing a search warrant in an area home, narcotics agents found 33 80mg. pills of Oxycotin, 22 Percocet, more than 50 Xanax, a handgun and additional drug paraphernalia, according to a Sheriffs' report.

Cynthia Blair, 45 and her daughter, Stacy M. Blair, 24, were arrested and are being held in the Scioto County Jail. Both are charged with a

trafficking in drugs, a felony charge. Cynthia Blair is additionally charged with weapon under diability, a felony charge, and having an outstanding warrant for trafficking in drugs.

Stacy Blair is being held on a $20,000 bond while her mother is held without bond. Both will be arraigned in Portsmouth Municipal Court Monday, July 25, at 9 a.m.

Cynthia Blair had been previously indicted by a Scioto County Grand Jury for aggravated possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence.
