Bust nets drugs,

money and guns

Members of the Scioto County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit found approximately four pounds of marijuana, $7,000 in cash and 51 firearms during a search conducted with a warrant in an Otway home on Monday.

According to a report from the sheriff's office, around 12:40 p.p. detectives executed a search warrant at the Kenneth W. Craver and Amanda L. Dadosky residence at 1120 A Dry

Run Road. With assistance from the Ohio State Highway Patrol's canine, officers found the marijuana, cash and weapons.

Carver, 40 and Dadosky, 24, were arrested and charged with third-degree felony possession of marijuana. They were transported to the Scioto County Jail before being arraigned Tuesday in the Portsmouth Municipal Court.

Sheriff Marty Donini said that the weapons will be checked to determine if they were stolen and victims will be contacted. Anyone wishing to leave information about drug activity in the county can contact the Narcotics Unit at (740) 355-8245.
